Njord Adventures AS terms and conditions:
  • We reserve the right to cancel the tour at any point before departure due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. In case we cancel the trip prior to departure, the customer will receive a full refund..
  • Any cancellation or change of plans by Njord Adventures AS will be notified by email and/or text message. It is the customers’ responsibility to check their phone and email the evening prior to their whale watching trip.
  • Cancellation by customer:
    More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
    Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
    No shows/late arrivals: No refund
  • Minimum number of passengers: 10 (We reserve the right to cancel a departure if there are less than 10 persons on the tour)
  • Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to departure time. All participants must be at the boat 15 minutes before departure at the latest. 
  • Length of safari: on average 7 hours although this can vary +-2 hours depending on weather conditions, and/or location of whales, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. Njord Adventures AS hold no liability for any inconvenience, disruption, and/or losses or additional costs in case the length of the trip is shorter or longer than described due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
  • Njord Adventures AS is not responsible for any personal belongings brought by the customer, such as bags, cameras, phones etc. 
  • The customer is responsible for determining whether they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activity. 
  • Discount/promo codes are valid for direct bookings only and cannot be combined with any other offers. Codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Njord Adventures AS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional campaigns at any time without prior notice.
